Cosy 2 Bedroom Home In Ramsgate

Positive: Good location Negative: I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The place was not clean, and the service was very poor. There was no hot water during our stay, which was especially difficult as I was travelling with children. On top of this, my deposit has still not been returned. Overall, the standard of service was unacceptable, and I did not feel that the staff handled the issues properly. I would not recommend this hotel based on my experience.

Positive: The house was clean and check in was smooth. Very good!

Avoid this place like the black plague. Positive: Nothing. Lock box didn’t work, wouldn’t let us in. Negative: Everything.

Not the best place to stay for the price. Positive: Location was great. Negative: Bathroom full of cobwebs, shower with scalding hot water with no way to change the temperature and the controls falling apart. Stains on walls and carpets everywhere and a welcoming smell of dampness. TVs not very useful as the remote is not working properly. No light in some of the rooms. Oven filthy with old burned fat. No chopping board. Price similar to a hotel with a breakfast included so don't think this was fair.

Negative: Host could have been more professional and friendly
